Well we finally got everything approved for the state and now we are officially open for processing custom.
The USDA will be out next week and we should begin the USDA slaughter by Mid-December.
I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving
holiday. Christmas is just around the corner now! There's nothing like homemade sausage for the holidays so bring in your
trimmings anytime. Our sausage is getting in & out quickly.
Well, we've sure been having the greatest weather! The
