****We will NOT be taking frozen deer with the hide on,
bring your deer with hides on before they are frozen
or you can remove the hide yourself before freezing.
You must remove your own horns if you want to keep them.
We do not remove horns unless you are paying the fee for caping.
We have extended hours during deer hunting for the week of gun opener only.

We cut the meat, and wrap it to your specifications then freeze your meat until you arrive to pick
it up. Need it done fast? Just let us know and we do our best to have the order done as soon as you need it.

Butchering
Elk (caping included)- $75

*Any elk over 400lbs. hang weight will be charged .72lb on hanging
wt.

*Butcher and 1/4 your
animal (elk, buffalo) is $120.
*Butcher and debone your animal with no grinding or packaging is subject to change depending on the
weight usually a cow elk is $200 and a bull elk is $225 and you would provide your own coolers/containers.
* Butchering or processing
on Sat. or Sun. is extra charge of $50 per animal on elk/buffalo
*To grind, stuff, smoke and or season your trimmings brought to us (we did not process)

All sausage is packaged in 2-3lb vacuum bag
or paper unless you specify different,
smaller packaging is .35

jerky, beerstix & dried meat is charged on starting weight.
